The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has stepped up internal preparations ahead of the upcoming electoral processes, with party officials reviewing departmental readiness and strengthening coordination.
UDA said its Deputy Executive Director and Director of Elections and ICT, Higgins Mbugua, together with Director of Programmes and Partnerships Daniel Kiptoo, held a briefing session to assess preparedness across various departments.
The meeting focused on strengthening the party's internal systems, operational structures and coordination of day-to-day activities.
UDA said regular consultations among its teams were helping to sharpen its internal systems and operational architecture as the party prepares for the coming electoral processes.
The review comes as political parties intensify preparations for the 2027 General Election, with UDA seeking to strengthen its structures and ensure its departments are ready for the election cycle.
The party has in recent months continued with grassroots mobilisation, recruitment and organisational activities as it positions itself ahead of the polls.
